A good living satisfies our day-to-day material needs and hopefully, many of our wants as well. But letters of appreciation like this make us happy and our work meaningful. The following is a letter we received from Mr. Sam Lubus, President of Inline Filling Systems, Inc.

He addresses the letter

Jodi Alexander, owner of Servpro of Venice, sent this letter to the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce which resulted in LeaderChip receiving a Business of the Month award.

“Believe it or not, Servpro of Venice had a toilet leak in their office 5/12/04. Yes, it happens to everyone. We walked in our office that Wednesday morning to find 5 to 6 inches of water throughout our entire office and warehouse. The water ran through the walls and affected the 2 units on each side of us (massive water!!!). Our network wires and power cords for our computer equipment was lying on the floor at the time of the flood. Guess what? They were completely under water. We had no network, nor printing capabilities and 2 computers that would not work at all. At that point we decided to call LeaderChip. Troy and Steve arrived shortly after our call for help to save the day. They got 2 of our computers working, networked and internet accessible that same day. In our line of work, our computers are of the utmost importance. We would not have been able to receive our National Accounts via the internet if it was not for their friendly, fast and efficient service.
